We strive to continually improve every aspect of the company and use cutting-edge technologies and processes to delight our customers and rapidly increase revenues.The Revenue Operations Analyst 3 position will drive efficiency and improve our overall Customer Experience / Customer Onboarding / CSM Assignments and Gainsight processes through ongoing monitoring and analysis of the systems. This role will also support sales process initiatives, identify process/policy issues, analyze process data, and find solutions to drive meaningful results for the business and improve overall seller and back office efficiency. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations , this role will partner with other departments including Sales, Marketing, Business Technologies, CSM, Global Enablement and Finance to be proactive in recommending improvements to drive total sales productivity and Customer experience.The responsibilities of this opportunity include:
    · Detailed analysis of the Customer Operations processes that are leveraged across the sales, customer, contracts, and finance organizations.
    · Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Confluence and Gainsight
    Proactively identify, monitor, and provide insights on operational area for improvement by benchmarking our processes against industry best practices and providing back recommendations and key considerations to the business process owners
    · Document existing business/technical processes & ensure process changes to sales support systems are consistent with business needs to drive business outcomes
    · Manage data hygiene within SFDC & supporting systems
    · Support with the scoping of requirements, and implementation of all quoting & closing processesA successful candidate will have the following

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree, major in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics preferred
· 5+ years of strong analytical experience in a systems operation, business analysis or Customer Operations / sales operations role preferred
· Strong Communication to interact with the global teams
· Experience of Salesforce CPQ architecture & industry best practices is an Add on
· Salesforce.com and reporting experience required
· Basic understanding and knowledge of using Google suite is preferred
· Ability to work through ambiguity, manage up, and build consensus across a variety of teams and stakeholders
· Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively instead of reactively and lead a project from conception to completion
· Strong attention to details and numbers
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· High degree of responsibility and ownership
· Passion for continuous improvement and learning

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
