The Team Lead for Integration Implementation is a key member of the Customer Integrations and Implementation team and is responsible for managing implementation engineers who assist clients with the technical implementation of ZoomInfo’s Integrations. This high-visibility role offers an exciting opportunity to gain domain expertise in all aspects of sales and marketing intelligence technologies and applications.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead a team of high-performing integration implementation engineers, providing hands-on guidance and support to clients during the implementation of ZoomInfo Integrations within their internal systems.
  • Coordinate team workflows to achieve optimum quality and efficiency while prioritizing customer expectations.
  • Establish protocols, set goals, and provide guidance to team members, performing regular audits of team performance.
  • Train, coach, collaborate, and troubleshoot with team members to better serve customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Effectiveness:
  • Achieve operational effectiveness within the Integration Implementation team to meet company and departmental goals.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and other key information points on the success rate of integration implementations to the executive team.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Engage in clear dialogue with clients to customize the ZoomInfo Integration implementation, ensuring deployment aligns with client business needs.
  • Deploy strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve unforeseen issues during the implementation process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Serve as a primary liaison to the Product Management and Engineering teams to identify, catalog, and escalate any product defects or insufficiencies.
  • Assist in creating technical “how-to” documents when necessary.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Maintain a clear understanding of application integrations within CRM/MAT environments, particularly Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and the ZoomInfo platform.
  • Serve in the calendar rotation for multiple integration implementations and assist the team as necessary.
  • Professional Development:
  • Perform a variety of professional tasks requiring a high level of creativity and thorough knowledge of employee and customer needs and expectations.
Required Education and Experience:
  • At least 2+ years of technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, or Sales Acceleration platform experience.
  • Highly familiar with both Salesforce Lightning and Classic, with the ability to navigate within both environments quickly and knowledgeably.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred.
  • Well-versed in CRM reporting, filtering, custom field creation, workflows, triggers, and CRM processes.
  • Certification and/or familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus.
  • Experience implementing and/or troubleshooting one or more ZoomInfo Integrations.
  • High capacity to learn and understand the technical infrastructure and troubleshooting processes.
  • Must be a problem solver with the ability to research, analyze, and provide solutions to newly identified issues.
  • Team-focused with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Emphasis on attention to detail and quality.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work and self-motivation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in people management is desirable but not a requirement.

Working hours will be Pacific Time: 7:00am - 4:00pm /Eastern Time: 10:00 am - 7:00pm

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
