What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to clients during the integration of ZoomInfo products into their internal systems.
- Maintain a clear understanding of application integrations within CRM/MAT environments, particularly for Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and the ZoomInfo platform.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Document integration processes and client requirements accurately.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in Technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, or Sales Acceleration platform.
- Certification and/or familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of ZoomInfo RevOS Platforms.
- Working knowledge of at least 1-3 platforms/products that integrate with ZoomInfo (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, HTML, Javascript).
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
- Requires regular coaching and begins leveraging internal networks to resolve most issues but may require assistance or not fully understand what issues require escalation.
- Works on problems of limited scope and follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
- Builds stable working relationships internally and completes technical implementation of ZoomInfo products.
- Learns to use professional concepts and applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Open to giving/receiving feedback from peers.
- Offers assistance to coworkers and demonstrates active listening skills.
- Able to effectively cross-collaborate on escalations.
