To help support our impressive growth, Kinective is looking for a driven Client Acquisition Specialist.

What are we looking for?

As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying, attracting, and acquiring new clients. Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving our growth by performing market research, generating leads, and building relationships with potential customers. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Perform research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition methods.

Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate high-quality leads.

  • Compiling lists of potential leads to contact with relevant information.
  • Make cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients.
  • Develop and implement email campaigns to attract new leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and convert prospective customers.
  • Attend networking events to build and maintain professional relationships.


  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience in a business/sales development role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
