Role Cliffs Notes
As a Account Executive, Partners, you’ll be responsible for fueling our growth in the partner channel by reaching out to new Fintech companies with a focus on partnering our technology solutions to these Fintechs for our clients, banks, and credit unions.
You’ll be working closely with C-suite executives to understand their business objectives and act as a trusted guide for aligning our solutions and partnering with them to solve some of the biggest challenges in banking.

In this role, you would be a part of the Sales department and reporting to VP, Partner Sales.
Office Expectation
This role is HYBRID, with an expectation of 3-4 days a week in-office. Our hours are 8-5pm.

- Energized Prospecting: Assemble comprehensive lists of potential fintech leads with relevant and tailored information. Execute relentless and targeted prospecting efforts within the fintech ecosystem using diverse strategies such as in-depth research, proactive outbound calls, and compelling email tactics to identify and establish a rapport with prospective Fintech partners.
- Seamless Sales Navigation: Lead fintech prospects through the sales journey from the initial touchpoint to successful deal closure, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage, establishing strong and lasting partnershi
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Kinective at Fintech conferences and industry events, elevating our brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and amplifying market awareness of our cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to leverage strategic alliances with fintech companies and inbound referrals, transforming them into lucrative business opportunities for both Kinective and our fintech partners.
- Client Acquisition: Assist the partner team in securing new fintech clients and uncovering growth opportunities by maximizing partner referrals and forging new connections within the fintech community.
- Growth Acceleration: Propel the expansion of our fintech partner network, driving increased market penetration and revenue growth by fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Channel Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to execute high-impact lead generation campaigns within the fintech channel, ensuring a steady influx of partnership opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product innovations, and effective lead acquisition methods.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Outstanding networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of successful B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales experience, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including trends, technologies, and customer pain points.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- Strong analytical skills to translate client needs into effective SaaS solutions.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
