The Cliff Notes
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying, attracting, and acquiring new clients. Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving our growth by performing market research, generating leads, and building relationships with potential customers. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Team
In this role, you would be a part of the Marketing team and reporting to our EVP, Marketing.
Office Expectation
This role is HYBRID, with an expectation of 4 days a week in-office. Our hours are 8-5pm.

- Perform research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition methods.
- Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate high-quality leads.
- Compiling lists of potential leads to contact with relevant information.
- Make cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients.
- Develop and implement email campaigns to attract new leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and convert prospective customers.
- Attend networking events to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in a business/sales development role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools (Preferred)
