Vendre is a leading e-commerce platform within the Orisha group, dedicated to empowering B2B and B2C businesses with cutting-edge technology. Join a dynamic team in Stockholm, collaborating closely with our international partners in the Netherlands to deliver seamless system integrations.
As an Integration Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with the Customer Experience Lead Nordics.
Your Missions
- Lead Integration Projects : you take primary responsibility for technical integration projects for both new and existing clients. You manage the full cycle, typically spanning 1 to 3 months, ensuring that our e-commerce solutions perfectly sync with our clients' ecosystems.
- Provide Technical Expert Support : you act as the technical backbone for the Vendre Support team. You handle complex integration queries and maintain established SLA times, ensuring our customers' operations run without a hitch.
- Structure Technical Documentation : you ensure all technical solutions and documentation—including REST-API, Pull API, and our Integration Engine—are continuously updated for both internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to Product Development : as the bridge between the field and the lab, you participate in feasibility studies. You translate business needs into technical specifications for our Backend and Frontend teams to enhance Vendre’s core capabilities.
- Drive the "AI First" Strategy : at Vendre, we don't just follow trends; we set them. You will lead by example by using AI to automate and standardize integration workflows, turning complex problems into scalable opportunities.

Who are you?
- You have 2+ years of experience as an Integration Specialist or in a high-level technical support role.
- Technical Proficiency : you have basic programming skills (Python, SQL, JavaScript) and are highly familiar with XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- System Architecture : you have a deep understanding of flowcharts, system relations, APIs, and file import/export channels.
- Project Leadership : you have a proven ability to lead multi-functional team projects and act as a technical consultant for partners.
- Communication : you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate complex internal and external organizations.

➡️ This position is a Permanent Contract (CDI), based in Stockholm (Saltmätargatan 5).
➡️ Work Policy : minimum of 3 days per week at the office.
Process of recruitment :
- A preliminary interview conducted in English with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team.
- A second interview with our Human Resources department and the Hiring Manager.
- A final interview with our Lead Developer followed by a strategic interview with the Executive Director.
