Orisha Commerce is European leader in SaaS solutions for unified commerce.

As our Head of Finance for Netherlands, you will work closely with both the local leadership and the group finance team, in order to structure and build the best possible finance operations.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for Accounting, Tax & Treasure.

Core Responsibilities

Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of 5 finance professionals (AP/AR, GL, and Treasury),

• Organize the department for efficient processing across 10 entities,

• Implement and monitor departmental KPIs,

• Drive ERP optimization and implement BI tools for enhanced reporting.

Financial Accounting & Consolidation

• Oversee the full accounting cycle for 10 legal entities,

• Lead month, quarter, and year-end closing processes and prepare consolidated financial statements,

• Manage complex intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing documentation.

Treasury & Cash Management

• Supervise the group’s cash-pooling structure to optimize liquidity across all entities,

• Review rolling cash flow forecasts and manage local banking relationships.

Tax, Audit & Compliance

• Take final responsibility for VAT and Corporate Income Tax,

• Act as the primary contact for external auditors and the Dutch Tax Authorities,

• Strengthen and maintain a robust internal control framework to mitigate financial risks.

Who are you?

• You are a builder: you enjoy moving from high-level financial strategy to deep-diving into ERP workflows.

• You have a minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with a significant time spent on a leadership role managing a team of similar size.

• You own a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• You speak and write impeccably both in Dutch and in English.

• You have a strong proficiency in modern ERP systems and advanced financial modeling in Excel.

• You are recognized as a "hands-on" leader who is direct, pragmatic, and thrives in an autonomous environment.

Global compensation: 110.000€ (basic + bonus)
