Overview: As a Business Analyst specializing in Finance, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, with a specific focus on financial processes and Finance IT System. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze impact, risk, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering:
   • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and data requirements.
   • Elicit and document clear, comprehensive, and unambiguous business requirements related to financial system and processes.
2. System Integration and Enhancement:
   • Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for financial systems.
   • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of financial system enhancements and integrations.
   • Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information.
   • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting purposes.
3. Process Improvement:
   • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline financial workflows and enhance efficiency.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize financial processes.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Effectively communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
   • Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and overall business objectives.

Tools and Technologies:

• Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other relevant analytical tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience of managing finance systems.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on financial processes and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
