Job Description
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems in real time. As a Graduate Commercial Strategy Associate, you’ll work directly with the Head of ERPx Commercial Strategy & Growth to help scale ERPx as a core growth engine. You’ll be parachuted into cross-functional teams to help build processes, align priorities, and drive execution—whether that’s refining go-to-market strategy, resolving friction points, or supporting commercial initiatives. This is a “do-er” role for someone who wants to learn by doing and contribute meaningfully from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Parachute into cross-functional teams to help build and operationalize strategic initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Support the design and rollout of ERPx’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment across value proposition, pricing, reference strategy, partner execution, and in-market delivery.
- Build and manage recurring processes that keep teams aligned and accountable.
- Identify friction points or misalignments across functions, and propose structured, data-backed solutions to bridge them.
- Develop dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and analysis that inform leadership decisions on ERPx’s growth and scalability.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and support commercial positioning.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in consulting, business strategy, operations, or related analytical roles (internships or analyst experience welcome).
- Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with data, and ability to translate insights into clear actions.
- Experience working across multiple teams or functions, with demonstrated ability to drive alignment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Interest in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Why Join Us?
This is more than a graduate role—it’s a launchpad into enterprise strategy. You’ll be embedded in a high-performing team driving one of the company’s most important growth engines: ERPx. You’ll work directly with senior leaders, gain exposure to global commercial strategy, and help shape how innovation in product, AI, services, and delivery comes together in-market.
We’re looking for curious, driven individuals who want to learn by doing, thrive in ambiguity, and are ready to make an impact from day one.
What We’re Looking For
- A bias for action, someone who doesn’t just analyze but builds.
- Comfort parachuting into new teams, quickly understanding context, and helping drive progress.
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose solutions.
- A passion for enterprise technology and how it transforms industries.
